She is an entrepreneur and author from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, currently residing in Cocoa, Florida. Gloria is a certified Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer; a DISC® Personality Profile Analyst, Emotional Intelligence Assessment Analyst, skilled group facilitator, a Certified Professional Diversity Coach, and Resilience Building Leader Program Trainer.
She is a meta-leader whose extensive experience, business savvy, strategic vision, and decision-making are fundamental in revising and creating Human Relations program policy, training, and instruction, impacting over 3.8 million personnel across multiple United States governmental agencies.

The Department of Defense appointed her to provide technical expertise and coaching to the Joint Training review team to rewrite the educational requirements for leaders that address human relations challenges common in military environments. As a member of the Air Force Inspector General Senior Leader Working Group assembled to review the 2021 racial disparity report, she coached high-level military officials to make recommendations to eliminate systemic racism in Air Force policy. In January 2022, she was awarded the Legion of Merit, honoring her work in leadership, human capital development, Human Relations, innovative business practices, advocacy, and program development over the last 25 years.
Gloria has delivered speeches on leading high performing teams, motivation, and social impact to over 10,000 people and hosted 100 self-development workshops. She is passionate about coaching others to live in their purpose, find the joy in life’s journey and become the best version of themselves in all facets of their lives. Therefore, she founded her company, Live, Laugh, Lead Coaching and Consulting, specializing in coaching, speaking, education, training, and development in leadership, connectedness, relationship building, social, emotional, and cultural intelligence. Her self-paced guided journal titled "Live Out Loud" challenges readers to manifest a life they know they deserve by honoring their life experiences, tapping into the source of their inner strength, and being encouraged to live out loud as their authentic selves. Since her retirement she has worked with organizations such as the Air Force Technical Applications Center, The Orlando Utilities Commission, Lead Brevard and the Space Coast Black Chamber of Commerce to build strategics plans, organizational structure development or provide services to build high performing inclusive teams.
Examples of her ability to connect with others has been documented in the book “The Women we Watched” tributes from the Men and Women of the US Air and Space Force published in 2023. She is passionate about building positive communities; she has accumulated over 10,000 hands-on community service hours across seven states and two foreign countries over her lifetime.
