Frank K. Whitehead is a meta-leader who was raised in Honolulu, HI and matured in Philadelphia, PA. He is a highly decorated Army veteran who retired at the rank of Master Sergeant. Mr. Whitehead has served in multiple career fields and leadership positions that gave him the opportunity to obtain experience in many fields, thus allowing him to serve all branches of the Armed Forces. 

Frank has over 15 years of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging experience. He has expertise developing and organizational assessments,  as well as conducting focus groups to obtain detailed feedback and creating an action plan for the Commander of the organization. 

 

Mr. Whitehead has over 4,500 combined hours in small and large group facilitation, mediation, and classroom instruction. Partnering with a plethora of organizations around the country, he has volunteered over 3,000 hours of community service. Frank is pursuing his Masters Degree in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University and has received both his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and Associates of Arts in Business Administration Degrees from Grantham University.
